Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

  • International Shipping (Outside Canada, US, UK): 5+ business days.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply to their orders.

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item(s) so we can assist you.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
